Nobody but another teacher can understand the chronic lack of time teachers have to achieve their huge workload and meet individual needs! When YOU are having fun teaching each day it is because classroom management is easy and you feel that you have the time and space to be inspired and inspiring.
The workshops are not curriculum based. Instead, they focus on transferable skills to ease the load. It is a practical , interactive course and you will come away with skills and hands-on resources to immediately implement the strategies with your students in the classroom and easily create learning agency through improved classroom management.
The additional individual 1-1 coaching sessions provide personalized guidance to help with classroom dynamics and become effective facilitators of self-organising classrooms.
